We understand that when you purchase a product online, it may not be the right fit.
If you wish to return or exchange your boots, please ensure they are in the original, unworn condition, including packaging and tags and email us within 15 days from purchase.
Please include your full name, order number and if you would like to exchange for a different size or return for a refund.
Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a return number and returns delivery address.
Please note, you are responsible to cover the costs of shipping back to us, and we recommend always using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost postage items. We cover the cost of shipping within New Zealand for your exchanged pair to be sent to you. Customers outside of NZ must cover the cost of shipping the exchanged boots.
