Returns and Exchange Policy

We understand that when you purchase a product online, it may not be the right fit.

If you wish to return or exchange your boots, please ensure they are in the original, unworn condition, including packaging (do not attached courier labels to the Marlo box) and email us within 10 days from purchase - email

Please include your full name, order number and if you would like to exchange for a different size or return for a refund.

SALE ITEMS - are non-refundable but we can exchange for a different size.

Please note, we do not refund original shipping costs and you are responsible to cover the costs of shipping back to us. We recommend always using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost postage items. We cover the cost of shipping within New Zealand for your exchanged pair to be sent to you. Customers outside of NZ must cover the cost of shipping the exchanged boots.

EXCHANGES - If your exchange is urgent, you may be best to place a new order for your desired size, and return your initial order for a refund. Exchanges can take up to 7 business days to process and we can't guarantee size availability.

REFUNDS  -  Please allow 8 working days from receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
