Shipping Policy

How long will it take for my boots to ship?

For orders within New Zealand, you can expect your boots to arrive within 2-4 days of ordering. We use CourierPost which is tracked and reliably fast. We do not ship orders on the weekend.

INTERNATIONAL

The standard delivery time is 3-10 days depending on where in the world you are.
Please note this excludes any delays for duties* and GST.
 Shipping fees to Australia are $15 for all orders. 
 Shipping fees to the Rest of the World are $25

DUTIES
Extra fees for duties and taxes may be charged, if you have exceeded your local
threshold levels for personal imports into your country. As it varies from country to
country, you are best to refer to your local customs office for charges that may
incur.

Note: there may be short delays of 1-3 days for orders placed during a sale period due to an influx in orders.
